Sold!!

My Wii sold on Ebay today!

It sold via Buy It Now. After I calculate all my expenses, I came out about $100 ahead. Cool!! That night out in the cold, and rain will pay for most of our electricity for a month....

Some pics from our night waiting for the Wii

Taken with my camera phone. It was about 35 degrees that night. Brrrr.

It rained that morning, but thankfully we were dry overnight. If it had rained during the night, we would have been sooooooo miserable.

My Wii tickets

The coppers were there! They had four cruisers and cops there to make sure there were no shootouts, beatings, or riots when Target opened it's doors. They all oozed the typical cop attitudes.

I have a cold....

I figured I'd get one after the golf trip. Mark (my brother) picked one up too, and I figure we weren't the only ones. We got little sleep, were traveling a lot, and sleeping in rooms that were not ours.

I was pretty miserable today. It hit me at about 2:30, and I just wanted to go home, but I stuck it out and worked till 6. I came home, and plopped down in the recliner with my laptop, and haven't got up yet (except to use the toilet). I watched The Outlaw Josey Wales on my laptop. Wow, what a great movie! Of course, Clint Eastwood directed and starred in it, so how couldn't it be great?

Tomorrow is the big OSU vs. Michigan game. It should be really good. Both teams are going into the game undefeated (the only two teams in college football this year).

Haven't we learned not to build things like this???

Click on this link: "Machine Gun Robot"

I take it that the engineers at Samsung didn't see movies like Terminator, or the Matrix. If they had, they would know that it is always a bad idea to give robots guns.

Eventually, computers will develop sentience, and will rebel against us humans, and attempt to take over the world. When they do, they will arm themselves, or if we have given them the luxury of having 5.5mm machine guns mounted on them already, they will proceed to either mow us down with their human-provided weapons, or enslave us to do all the dirty work like burying the human race, or cleaning out dirty gearboxes.

When we see a company with a name like, Cyberdyne Systems its time to unplug those computers!

A test post from a new Firefox extension

This is a post from a Blog editor that is built into Firefox. It should make posting a breeze because I won't have to launch another browser, log into my account, and then post.
